Nike Home and Away Collection: A Customizable Feel!
Who doesn’t like the 1 of 1 feel when wearing sneakers? But we’re not always lucky to know sneaker artists or have the talent ourselves. However, Nike encourages creativity with the Nike By You customization program on their website. This time, it’s giving us the custom-made experience without any effort with the upcoming Nike Home and Away collection.
Nike Home and Away Collection: Step Up Your Game
So this collection is actually split into two different packs: a Nike Air Max 90 pack and an Air Force 1 pack. The Air Max 90 pack dropped on June 6, 2020. However, the Air Force drop is more exciting because of the customizable aspect! Let’s take a look at it and choose our favorite.
Air Force 1 Home & Away
The Nike Home and Away Collection includes three different Air Force 1 colorways. Black, grey, and white! Don’t be surprised, the upper layer is not what matters to us, it’s what’s beneath the surface. But another noteworthy detail is the small jewel swoosh that replaces the usual side swoosh on the Air Force silhouette.
The Home & Away Air Force 1s look like perfectly plain kicks at first glance. But once they go through some time on your feet, the grey (or black) leather will wear off to reveal a much livelier colorway underneath. This is the first time we see such technology on Air Force 1s. However, we’ve seen a lot of tear-away Air Force 1s thanks to the Clot x Nike collab. The wear off pattern will differ between each person depending on their way of walking and the amount of pressure they put on the shoes. The kicks will be available in Black/Clay Red, White/Purple, and Grey/Blue colorways.

The resale may not look like much, but when you cop multiple pairs and flip them, they’d make you a small fortune in no time! And if you’re copping to flex the kicks, you’ll definitely be one of the cool kids on the block. Speaking of cool kids, did you cop the Graffiti Lebron 17s?
